Order Procedure

The First Step!

Select the dress/dresses that you would like to order. Add to Cart and then checkout by filling your details in the form and select the payment method.

The Second Step!

If you are paying from Pakistan than all the given payment method works. But if you are paying outside Pakistan than only Bank Deposit and Money Gram will be acceptable. We also accept payments in UK, USA and Canada to our representatives over there through e-Transfer. For more info please contact to our helpline whatsapp support.

The Final Step.

Once you will checkout an email will be sent to you with your order number and you can whatsapp or email us your transaction slip for payments that you have made. Now you can fill the measurement form and send us your measurements so we will start working on your order.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We usually ship from DHL or Fedex for International shipping and for local shipping we ship from TCS or Leopard courier.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship globally besides India.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

For International Shipping it takes 5-7 working days depending on the destination. For local shipping it takes 2 working days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Can I Pay in Installments?

Yes we have given an option for our customers to add the product in their cart with 50% initial payment. We will inform our customers to clear the remaining dues at the time of stitching.

Orders & Returns

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once the order is changed you cannot cancel but it can be changed within 48 hours.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don't need to register to place an order.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped we will inform you on your email. You can track your order from "Order Tracking" page.

How Can I Return a Product?

You can return the dress within 7 days if the dress was totally different from the one you have ordered or if it is damaged. We will not refund any money if the dress was used.

How I will send my custom measurements?

You need to visit on the "Measurement Form" link and fill the form and send.
